We only recruit drivers that are reliable, honest and professional and as a result work well as team. The team of professional Ultimate Drivers all wear a uniform that consists of a smart long sleeved collar shirt, black trousers/skirts and shoes. The fares are fixed and are displayed on pricelists that are regularly distributed amongst the local community (leaflet dropped). This furthermore ensures that you the customer gets charged the correct fare and not a fare that is made up by the driver. This is reflected in Ultimate’s reputation for reliability and hence the reason that this small firm does so many airport transfers, short and long distances and is busy 24/7 all vehicles are fully computerised with GPRS tracking so that we know where the drivers are at all times and can advise you how far away the driver is . All vehicles for the safety of our staff and customers are fitted with council/police approved CCTV systems. All our vehicles are virtually new and with several saloon/estate cars and minibuses being both eight and sixteen seaters, Ultimate can cater for the Newport Community and all surrounding villages (including Muxton) every need .
